How do I take my measurements?
Below are images illustrating how to take your own measurements.
You will need a tape measure or, if you don’t have that, a piece of string that you can measure afterwards with a ruler.
It may help to have a friend assist you, otherwise, look in a mirror to make sure the tape measure is sitting parallel to the ground and isn’t twisted.
Make sure your body is relaxed and you are not holding your breath, sucking in or tensing.
The tape measure should be firm but not tight.
BUST:
Wrap the tape measure around the largest part of your chest. It is best to take this measurement in either a thin bralette or completely bra-free.
WAIST:
Wrap the tape measure around the smallest part of your torso, or around where your belly button is.
HIPS:
Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your lower half/behind. Note, this is NOT where the waistband of low rise garments would sit, but below that, including your bottom.
